MOHALI: Pakistan is taking no chances at all for their potentially explosive semifinal encounter against India on Wednesday 30th March 2011. “Spirit Pakistan Cricket Team at Mohali”
The Pakistanis are eager to be as prepared as possible for the match and are leaving no stone unturned to break the World Cup curse against India. After a tough net session in the morning, the Pakistani players returned to the PCA stadium for a fielding session under floodlights shortly after the Indians called it a day.
But before they begun the session, the entire team sat in a line to offer namaaz, providing a great picture for the photographers. Many of the photographers were packing their bags but picked up the cameras quickly to capture the moment.
After the namaaz, the team members sat together for a while as captain Shahid Afridi spoke to them.
The fielding session began with a game of football and then the players sharpened their ground fielding skills and focused on high catches to get accustomed to the lights.
Pace man Shoaib Akhtar and some of his other colleagues also had a close look at the pitch which has a fair amount of grass on it, but the breaking news is now Mr. Dhoni Indian Captain ordered to cut the grass from pitch and they did. Indian are ready to go with their tough bating lineup against Pakistani bowlers, if Pakistani bowler bold out just 3 of Indian batsman I assure you other batsman unable to chase or even unable to make a good score.
On Wednesday! Pakistan vs India this will the fight against nerve not bating nor the bowling, and I must say Shahid Khan Afridi better than Dhoni to control his nerve because he have the faith, the faith on Allah.
